Being given a second straight Consumers' Choice award, you'd think the owners of Oasis Pools & Spas would let it go to their heads. But that's not the case with this family-owned and operated outfit that has been providing old-fashioned top quality service for the past 11 years. "Service, service, service – that's one of our biggest keys," says owner Lynn Duncan, who operates Oasis with her husband Brad.

Lynn and Brad started Oasis after previously working in the industry for other companies. The couple saw an opportunity and the need to provide a personal touch to the profession. It's been the foundation to their success ever since. "When we started the business, we thought we could offer something that was built on a dedication to service," says Lynn. "We wanted to look after the customer better – that's just the way we were brought up. We're from the old school." And while the Calgary market and the company have grown steadily since those first days in 1992, Lynn says the philosophy at Oasis has always been geared to its clientele.

Oasis has been providing first-rate knowledge, Hayward Pool Products on their swimming pools, Pacific Hot Tubs and Guardex chemicals since the beginning. To make sure every customer gets exactly what they're looking for, Oasis offers helpful consultation for any backyard water addition. "People can come in with an idea and we can custom design it to any shape," says Lynn. Oasis is also a one–stop shop for all things backyard-related. "More and more people are starting to invest in their backyards," says Lynn. "We want to be there to provide everything they'll need for the whole backyard concept."
